9.2 jiliji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliji account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 jiliji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jiliji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 jiliji collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited at jiliji's discretion, particularly where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the bonus system.
11.3 You may close your jiliji account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.
11.4 jiliji reserves the right to retain certain personal data following account closure as required by applicable law, including anti-money laundering and record-keeping obligations.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or account matter, you must first contact jiliji's customer support team to attempt resolution. jiliji will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through jiliji's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
12.4 Any claim must be brought within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
13.1 jiliji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
13.2 Your continued use of the jiliji Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 11.3.
13.3 For material changes to these Terms, jiliji will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
